TrueViewTraffic.com does not collect the full names, addresses, or phone numbers of its users. We collect e-mail addresses in order to contact members with important information. You can change your e-mail address from your member area. The only information we collect about our users outside of e-mail addresses is the IP addresses of their computers, which are used to prevent users from cheating or fraudulently taking advantage of other users. This information is not given out to any third parties or used by TrueViewTraffic.com for any other purposes.

B. Information Sent Through PayPal

When users decide to purchase credits or subscribe to premium memberships, they send personally identifiable information (full name and e-mail address) through PayPal. TrueViewTraffic.com will not give out your information to any third parties, and no one from TrueViewTraffic.com will contact you using this e-mail address unless there is confusion about your order which requires clarification.

C. User Agreement

By using TrueViewTraffic.com, you agree not to attempt to cheat, hack, exploit errors, perpetrate fraud, or take advantage of TrueViewTraffic.com or its users in any way. You agree that you will not create spam by posting your referral link in unsolicited e-mails, message boards that are unrelated to internet traffic, or IRC chat rooms in which traffic exchanges are not an applicable topic, and you recognize that you will be deleted and all hits forfeited if you are found to be doing so. You agree not to attempt to use multiple accounts or use TrueViewTraffic.com in conjunction with any other traffic exchange simultaneously. You additionally agree to follow all other rules set by TrueViewTraffic Administrators, Moderators, or other Staff, under penalty of losing your account. You recognize that TrueViewTraffic.com has the right to remove your account or ban you and/or your computer from TrueViewTraffic.com at any time without prior notice or any compensation if you violate these rules in any way, and that all hit credits, whether earned or purchased, will be forfeited. You may file a dispute with us if this occurs and you believe you have not violated our rules, but you agree that TrueViewTraffic.com will be the final arbiter and resolve any and all disputes.

D. Delivery of Hits

Each time you view another user's website through our exchange, you earn 0.5 hit credits. You also receive hit credits when you buy them through PayPal, review another member's site for 0.1 to 0.5 credits, refer another user for 10 credits plus 0.2 credits for every site they surf, and 20 credits after you view your first 15 sites. A hit credit does not necessarily guarantee that your site will log a visitor. If your site is down at the time its credits are distributed, credits will not be refunded. A hit credit does guarantee that the TrueViewTraffic.com traffic exchange program will make its best effort to successfully send one visitor to your website. By using the service, you acknowledge this and release TrueViewTraffic.com from all claims evolving from any possible failure of the exchange and/or its users to successfully deliver your hits. Hits purchased through PayPal will be credited to your account within a timely fashion, but transfers will not necessarily be instant. Instant transfers cannot be guaranteed responsibly without leaving security holes in the TrueViewTraffic.com system. All transfers through PayPal are final and there are no refunds unless the TrueViewTraffic.com staff decides to grant them in a special case. Hits will not be delivered to users who are currently frozen.

E. Terms of Service

By using the traffic exchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You agree that TrueViewTraffic.com is not to be held liable for any damages or failure to receive hits you may sustain, whether due to a third party's cheating, hacking, or fraud, due to program failure or server failure, or any other malfunction or inaccuracy. You release TrueViewTraffic.com from any and all claims and hold TrueViewTraffic.com not liable. Your use of the traffic exchange constitutes your acceptance and understanding of these Terms of Service in their entirety, your intent to comply with all stated rules, and your acknowledgement that we may modify this agreement at any time and without notice.

E. Deletion and Frozen Accounts

Your account can be frozen for the following reasons:
- You have reviews that you have left unrated for more than 7 days.
- You have wrongfully reported 3 or more sites/questions.
- Your sites or questions have been reported.
- You break any other rules that merit your account being frozen.
Any instance of repeatedly attempting to add a site from our ban list or that contains viruses or multiple popups can be grounds for deletion. Any serious infraction will cause your account to be deleted and all credits will be lost. If you are found to not be giving full attention to the sites being exchanged on TrueViewTraffic.com or making a list of answers to surf questions, your site will be deleted.
Your sites may deleted if they break any of the following rules:
- no more than 1 popup or intrusive addition to a site
- no frame breakers
- sites must be in English
- sites cannot contain any illegal material such as adult content, drugs, and firearms
- sites cannot open any program on the users machine
- sites cannot attempt to download/install any programs to the enduser
- sites cannot contain harmful scripts
- sites cannot contain viruses/trojans or any other harmful agent
- sites may not be of a Paid-to-Promote setup
- sites cannot deceive users with false advertising
- sites cannot try to trick users into giving personal information such as name, email, passwords etc.
