To refer someone, you must first send them the the link in your referral page once you login.

Why should I report sites that break rules?
For one thing, every surfer benefits from those that report rule breakers. As a little more incentive, you earn 2 credits for each site you report correctly.

What is with the questions on the add site page?
In order to provide better traffic to your website, you have the opportunity to add a question that surfers will have to answer about your site in order to earn credit for viewing it. You must submit 3 incorrect answers to deter visitors from not actually reading your website, and then submit the correct answer. Questions will be reviewed individually by an administrator before being shown to users.

How many sites can I add?
You can have 3 sites in your account.

How many questions can I have?
You may have up to 3 questions rotating for your site. Make sure you update old questions so people cannot make sites with answers to all the old questions people still use.

Why do I have to deal with the security number on the surf page?
The security number ensures that TrueViewTraffic.com is immune to auto-clicking programs. Many other programs can be easily cheated. This is only necessary for the first site of any session, or if you make a surfing error.

Where do I add credits to my sites?
You must add credits to your sites manually on the main sites page.

Why must I verify my own site?
You need to verify your site to ensure that it does not break out of frames. By verifying your site, you agree that it does not break any rules. You must verify your site before your questions will be sent to an administrator to be reviewed.

How can I edit sites that I have already added?
You click "Edit" under the "Site" column in the site table from the main sites page. You will be able to edit the Url, Title, the credit usage, and surfbar options.

Do I need to have a question for my site to be shown on TrueViewTraffic.com?
No. We do suggest that you have a question accepted so that your quality of traffic will be improved; however, you may set the surfbar for your site to only the security number.

Why is my approved site not using credits?
You must go to the edit site page and Activate credit usage for that site.

Why do I need to rate reviews?
You need to rate reviews to reward those that wanted to help you in your website advertising. You can turn off reviews for any given site by paying an extra 0.1 credits per view.

Do I lose any credits for rating reviews?
No. Simply put, you reward the person with extra credits for their opinions.

Why is my account frozen?
Account can be frozen for the following reasons:
- You have reviews that you have left unrated for more than 14 days.
- You have wrongfully reported 3 or more sites/questions.
- Your sites or questions have been reported.
- You break any other rules that are worthy of being frozen for.

It says I am frozen, can I still surf?
No. While you are frozen, you cannot surf or have your sites viewed. You may be frozen because you have an old review. If this is so, rate the review and you will be immediately unfrozen.

Can I view reviews that I have already rated?
Yes. After clicking on view reviews for one of your sites, click on "View Old Reviews" to view the reviews of your sites and how you rated them.

What is Loyalty Surfing?
Loyalty Surfing is a system that gives bonuses to active surfers. To be qualified for a day, you must surf 20 sites that given day. If you surf 7 consecutive days, you will receive a bonus. If you surf 14 consecutive days, you will receive an even larger bonus, and so on.

Can I earn money from my referrals?
Yes. You can earn 10% commissions (30% for upgraded members) from your direct referrals on any purchase they make at TrueViewTraffic.com. These commissions are currently only paid out through PayPal.

Why should I report a framebreaker?
Reporting a framebreaker helps keep the site clean, and you will also earn 2 credits.

Can I track my referrals?
Yes, to track your referrals, go to your account page, click on "Referrals," then click the link for the tracking page. TrueViewTraffic has codes to already track certain sites; however, you can track your own or different programs as well.
